We need to use a balanced and new approach that achieves maximum results while people are motivated and enjoy what they do. This is not to say the situation will be ideal in terms of people satisfaction or the organization’s desired objectives, of course there will always remain a level of conflict, but with this approach, such a level of tension is minimized, and leaders can get the best of people and results.
